OnePlus will release OxygenOS 11 Preview
Yes, the rumour is true, coming up in the next week OnePlus will release OxygenOS 11 Preview.
This version of OxygenOS will be coming out on August 10. To be more accurate, this is the final developer preview build.
Those who own a OnePlus handset can be completely happy with the new features. They may be the first ones to try out this new operating system, which is of course based on Android 11.
Android 11 Beta Testing
As we know, Android 11 is also in a beta testing phase. If we want to stay true to the timeline on June 11, the Android 11 Beta 1 testing program begins for the OnePlus 8 series. Both the OnePlus 8 and the 8 Pro model received this version for testing.

This interest is why OnePlus created a unique program to map these approaches to listen to users and develop the new user interface based on these thoughts.
The IDEAS program from OnePlus came to life in March 2020. This program is based purely on customer feedback.
Almost 5K new ideas came from these suggestions and feedback. The engagement was surprising along the two months when this program was running.
The IDEAS program is on pause on further updates. Still, its success is evident by the fact that five elements are on the way of implementation.

OxygenOS 11 Features
First of all, in OxygenOS 11, the Always-on Display will be an essential feature. On this, you can display many elements such as clock, calendar, different events and notifications. We know this feature from AMOLED panels.
The enabling of fingerprint lock for hiding our pictures gallery is a handy tool for unwanted glances. With this feature, you can secure all your sensible, private photo galleries.
Another useful feature that is adopted directly from the IDEAS program is that the phone will play a sound when the battery reaches full charge level. You do not need to monitor the charge status continually.
The app drawer now will have folders too. With the new OxygenOS 11, you can organize your apps in folders directly from the app drawer.
And last but not least, the ZEN mode will be enhanced by new features. For example, when your phone is on ZEN mode, you concentrate on specific assignments. Reading, listening to music and learning without disturbance is helpful. In this mode, only specific apps will be available for you.
