Introduction
UMI begins the year with the release of their new smartphone, the UMI Touch. The phone will have a 100 percent metal body with a 5.5 inch display and because of that size, the designers focused on how the phone will be as comfortable as it can while holding and using it.
Battery and camera
The big 4000 mAh battery will not hold back the slim design of the phone, which will measure at 8.5 mm. The SONY IMX 328 CMOS 13 MP primary camera will bring your photos to life with the Live photo mode which will let you capture a few seconds of video when you are taking a photo. The Multi angle view mode will let you capture and view 3D reality in another way. The Motion track mode is a fantastic way to capture and record every footage you care. The 5 MP secodary camera will let you take perfect selfies even in low light.
Screen and memory
UMI Touch comes with a powerfull hardware, a MediaTek MT6753 1.3 GHz octa-core CPU, a ARM Mali-T720 GPU and 3 GB of RAM. The 5.5 inch screen is Full-HD and can display up to 95% of colours found in the NTSC palette.
Connectivity
The phone has a separate GPS sensor inside which provides 35% more signal efficiency and gives you a more accuratelocation positioning. The phone comes with 3G and 4G support and thanks to the 150 Mbps LTE (FDD/TD-LTE) you will be able to surf the internet at super fast speed.\
Others
The new UMI Touch will have the latest generation of fingerprint sensor. Your finger will be the only key for the encrypted secured personal data and you will be able to unlock it faster than the blink of an eye, 0.1 second to be more precise.
