Ulefone Armor X7
The new Ulefone Armor X7 smartphone was released in 2020. It features a 5-inch display and 2 GB memory. The internal storage is not too big, it has just 16 GB, but the battery saves the device.
It has a Mediatek MT6761D chipset.
Looking at the design, it takes our thoughts to the Oukitel K13 Pro; both devices have the same cut of the corners.
Design and display
First, I have to say it has a very basic design. It comes in only 2 colors – black and black with orange details.
But there are some interesting properties of this design. Even simple is very efficient, especially if you are working in a non-friendly environment for a phone or you are an outdoor addict.
Its dimensions are 150 x 78.9 x 14.6 mm and weigh 234 grams.
It has a 5 inches IPS display, capacitive touch screen, and multi touch-capable, with 720 x 1280 px resolution.
The smartphone’s display brings vivid and high color saturation. Also, the design provides a good hand grip and also convenient single-hand operation.
The manufacturer used high rigidity glass with outstanding performance; making the screen scratch and shatterproof, presenting you with stunning images.
Ulefone Armor X7 comes with a unique feature – gloves mode, a mode which allows you to use the screen with gloves on, even if you are working or it is just cold.
Hardware and performance
Ulefone Armor X7 runs on Android OS v10.0 but we can upgrade it to a newer version of OS.
This version is simpler, smarter, and more helpful than the previous version. It protects your privacy and security., finds the right balance between you and technology.
It has a Quad-core 2.3 GHz Cortex-A53 and a MediaTek MT6761D chipset.
The smartphone has a long-lasting 4000mah battery which allows up to 13 hours of talk time and 18 days of standby time. You can do everything you want without taking care of the battery. It also offers you 26 hours of music and 9 hours of video.
For your device security, the phone has both fingerprint reader and face unlock; and has a superb speed of response; 0.2 seconds for the face unlock and 0.1 seconds for the fingerprint reader.

Like every other smartphone, it has a camera too. It is not the best one ever, but according to the functionality of the device, I am sure the camera is just right.
The device has a 13MP rear camera with a dual flesh. This camera lets you freeze every memorable moment wherever you are. The dual rear flash helps you to brighten up scenes in low light conditions.
The selfie camera is nothing like we are used to seeing on the new generation devices. It has just 5MP but allows you to take nice selfie pictures. It also can be used for unlocking the phone.
But there is something that makes this camera amazing. You can use it for underwater photography.
So if you want to record something or just take some pics while diving or swimming, you have just to take your phone and make whatever you want. The great thing about this is that all the operations can be done with one hand.

What can I say? This device is not for everybody, but who is an outdoor enthusiast or a worker in non-friendly environments, will appreciate it.
It has a lot of features that help your daily life in these conditions. The phone is built to be resistant in dusty conditions, underwater, and to survive drops… What can you want more?
The design doesn’t shine, and the camera is not something breathtaking, but for this price, what can we want more?
I think for the price we can find it on Gearbest or Banggood, the phone offers much more. For some of us, the features and the protection of this phone is gold.
